Robert Gaudin is the dynamic, visionary entrepreneur that founded Holland Services more than 35 years ago. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest and most versatile land services providers for upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas endeavors. Holland is one of America’s most successful businesses in its field due to Mr. Gaudin’s vast industry knowledge, tireless work-ethic and innovative approach to identifying the right opportunities for Holland’s clients. He is the chief architect behind Holland Services’ aggressive national expansion plan which positions the company to provide real-time, on-the-ground service for its clients. He is highly focused on water and environmental management, an interest that was developed just out of college while he was working at the New York State Attorney General’s office overseeing water purification legal affairs. Chief Executive Officer
Since joining Holland Services in 2006 Bryan dedicated himself to learn the business from the ground up. He was named CEO in July 2017 with an in-depth knowledge of every facet of the industry along with the key principles of the importance of hard work, dedication, and a family-based work culture put in place by his father, Robert Gaudin in the early 1980’s, when he founded the company.
In addition to strengthening and overseeing the company’s project management, business development, and systems management processes, Bryan has been instrumental in leading the company’s aggressive and successful growth strategy. He is dedicated to deliver excellence for clients and remains directly involved in upgrading the company’s technology capabilities and hiring industry professionals that possess a strong work ethic and competence, at all levels, to provide the best in land services.

Business Development Manager – Permian and Rockies
Grant joined the Holland team in 2015 with a background in business development across multiple disciplines in the Oil and Gas industry. He currently serves as the Business Development Manager for the Permian Basin and Rockies Region. He works closely with clients to understand there growth and operational needs in order to provide products that fit their strategic goals.
In addition to strengthening the company’s business development in the Permian and the Rockies, Grant has worked to expand the company’s presence in emerging plays as well as diversifying across other areas of the energy sector. Brian Poe is an accomplished Registered Professional Landman (RPL), with more than ten years of energy industry experience managing U.S. and international clients. Senior Vice President of Operations
Nick began his career with Holland Services in 2000 under the direct tutelage of founder, Robert Gaudin. In 2015 he was named SVP of Operations after previously serving as Senior Project Manager and the Company’s GIS Director. Nick has extraordinary expertise in the land services business and demonstrates leadership in quality land management.
With experience in every major basin across the US, he is responsible for planning and developing the strategic operations of the various functions of all upstream land services work. Proficient in the Company’s industry leading technology capabilities, Nick uses the ability to unite land and technology to deliver unsurpassed solutions for any client or project, nationwide.

Andrew’s career in oil and gas began shortly after he graduated Law School. He has extensive experience managing due diligence and title projects across multiple basins from both a land and legal perspective. Additionally, as a partner at a leading title firm, Andrew was instrumental in the transition of a Texas-based law firm into a multi-jurisdictional practice.
Andrew joined Holland in January of 2013 and was named General Counsel in October of 2016. While his responsibilities include heading up Holland’s internal legal department, Andrew is often called upon to assist during a due diligence or title project setup phase because of his diverse background in oil and gas transactional matters.

Business Development Manager – MidCon and Appalachia
Tom joined Holland Services in 2010 and previously served as a Senior Project Manager, leading teams of landmen, attorneys and support personnel in leasing, title and due diligence projects. Hower’s industry experience includes the supervision and coordination of field landmen, understanding of all oil and gas legal documents, risk management and implementation of client goals in Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
As Business Development Manager, Tom Hower serves and develops clients in the MidContinent Region and Appalachian basins. He consistently works to understand each client’s specific project goals and objectives to develop and implement a plan of action that achieves the desired results. His proactive communication style is but one reason Tom is an invaluable asset to his clients and his Holland team.

Senior Project Manager
Clint joined the Holland Services team in 2010 with a background in management of large-scale drilling programs, acquisitions due diligence, leasing and all varieties of upstream land and title projects across multiple basins. He has successfully handled over 1M acres of drill site title, 175K acres of lease acquisitions, and 40K acres of mineral acquisitions for major E&P companies. He has also successfully handled $6.5B in client acquisitions, and is familiar with all phases of the acquisition process from data room, to closing, to post-closing joint development and asset management.
As a senior project manager, he works directly with clients to evaluate their needs and ensure proper execution of projects throughout the duration of the project life cycle. His areas of focus include drill site title, title due diligence, leasing, acquisition and divestiture services, accounting and land management systems consulting, and GIS services.

Senior Land Advisor
George Dietrich is a Senior Land Advisor for Holland Services and brings over 33 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to his role. Dietrich has been on the Holland Services team since 1980 and is a Graduate of Purdue University. He has completed various Mineral Land Management courses at the University of Evansville. Dietrich serves a variety of clients by managing projects that include curative, title, due diligence, mineral ownership for leasing purposes, verifying ownership for draft payment, and run sheets. With extensive industry field experience in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arkansas, Oklahoma, West Virginia, New York, North Dakota, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Montana, Michigan, Colorado and Wyoming – Dietrich has encountered virtually every nuance of title issues. Due Diligence and Curative Specialist
Jennifer Goode joined Holland Services in January 2006 to provide hands-on management of large scale title, curative and due diligence projects in Texas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Goode’s experience includes acquisition title clearance, due diligence on producing and non-producing lands for acquisition and divestiture transactions, and title curative on over 1,750 drilling and division order title opinions in multiple basins. Goode has extensive due diligence experience on multiple acquisitions of Marcellus and Utica assets for deals ranging from 2,500 to 50,000 acres across multiple counties in Ohio and West Virginia, as well as due diligence experience in West Texas and South Texas. She is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of Texas and a Registered Landman with the American Association of Professional Landmen. Goode is a member of the State Bar of Texas Section on Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law, the State Bar of Texas Section on Real Estate, Probate & Trust Section, and the American Bar Association, as well as being an active member of the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL) and American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

Senior Land Advisor
Greg Sharp is a Senior Land Advisor at Holland Services with over nineteen years experience working in the oil and gas industry. Sharp’s projects have given him extensive experience in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Dakota. An active member of the Holland team since 2001, he has worked closely with oil and gas operators of various sizes – on-site, in the field, and in-house – overseeing project staff that perform all aspects of title research, lease management, acquisition, and divestiture. He has exceptional proficiency in the preparation of documentation as operator or non-operator including assignments of interests, JOAs, Divisions of Interest, and Division Orders. Additionally, Sharp and his team excel at preparing new leases, exhibits, releases, affidavits, ratifications, amendments, and other documents requested by Holland’s clients. Chief Financial Officer
Howard is a Certified Public Accountant and has been involved in the energy sector for over 10 years with experience in both the financial and operational roles. Prior to joining Holland Services in 2017 he served for 9 years in executive leadership roles of a multi-state company manufacturing oil field equipment. Howard started his career with one of the major accounting firms and served in both US and international finance and accounting roles at a multi-national manufacturing company.
Howard’s business experience and technical financial knowledge provide him a solid foundation for helping to develop the strategy for, and support, an aggressively growing company. He focuses on the value stream and ensuring resources are properly identified and effectively utilized to meet the both the clients’ and the ownership’s needs.

Lindsay joined the Holland team in 2017 and has a diverse background in field and in-house land work. Senior Project Manager
With a background as an independent landman and in-house title examiner, Paden joined Holland in 2014. His industry experience and understanding across seven different states in multiple basins, bring a valuable perspective and versatility to Holland’s management team.
As a senior project manager, Paden works closely with our clients to understand their goals and ensure that all land service needs, from lease checks, acquisition and due diligence, to drilling title, curative and surface needs are properly administered. He has successfully managed the title and land due diligence on numerous acquisitions across Texas, Oklahoma and North Dakota, continuing on to serve those clients through the life of the asset or development program.

CPL, Regional Title Manager
Ryan began working with Holland in December of 2017 and brought a decade of oil and gas title knowledge with him. Previously, he’s handled a broad range of successful mineral title and acquisition projects throughout the Appalachian basin as a project manager, and contains a skillset suitable for any lease take-off, due diligence, certified and curative title needs.
In his current role of Regional Manager, Ryan plans to continue to develop and maintain some of the best project managers in the industry, while servicing every client’s needs and preserving the integrity of Holland to the highest standard. Since joining Holland in 2011, Walker has successfully managed large scale leasing, lease take off, and mineral buying projects across the Midland and Delaware Basins, and Central Basin Platform. With a focus on understanding each specific client’s goals, Walker has worked to develop effective leasing strategies, and programs for acreage identification and acquisition. In addition to his significant Permian exposure, Walker has also managed leasing teams across most major US Basins.
Prior to joining the Holland team, Walker spent time as an in-house contract landman at Encore Acquisition Company (Now Denbury Resources), and worked two sessions as a Legislative Aide in the Texas State Legislature.

Will has been with Holland Services since 2010. Lou joined Holland Services in 2012. Lou started in the Oil and Gas industry running title while pursuing his undergraduate and law degrees. Upon graduation from Law School, Lou spent fourteen years as a trial attorney with most of that time as an Assistant District Attorney. He brings keen analytical and communication skills from time as a trial attorney.
In the past six years Lou has successfully managed multiple project throughout Appalachia. He has handled projects which vary in size and type in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is skilled in overseeing full title, leasing and both buyer and seller side due diligence projects. At the height of the industry boom in Appalachia, Lou successfully managed a project of over 150 abstractors throughout multiple counties. This project continues to thrive under Lou’s leadership. Lou is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He possesses a strong work ethic and competency to provide superior service to Holland’s clients.
